OWNER OF TIK TOK
Chinese corporation ByteDance is the owner of the video-focused social networking site TikTok, also known as Douyin in China.
With durations ranging from 15 seconds to three minutes, it contains a wide range of short-form user videos from categories like pranks, exploits, tricks, jokes, dancing, and entertainment.
The Chinese market first saw the launch of Douyin in September 2016, while TikTok is the app’s worldwide counterpart.

TIKTOK INSIGHTS INTERNSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• An intern with the ability to see trends quickly and provide teams with insights into global trends.
• Enrolled in a program with a 2023 graduation date
• Dedicated to TikTok
• Awareness of current music and fashion trends
• English and at least two additional languages are required.
• A keen eye for detail is required.
